This is a 48 hour residential course for Anglican and Methodist clergy and licensed lay ministers who have changed post within the last eighteen months or so. This course is intended to give colleagues time to reflect together on transition, leading change, any challenges they face and on experiences in their new role. It is open to Anglican and Methodist ministers from across the Yorkshire region and beyond.
