Register with the PGS by following the steps below:

PCC passes a resolution to join the Parish Giving Scheme. Download PGS-PCC Resolution Form (optional)

PCC representative to complete all sections of the appropriate* PGS Registration Form (for signatures - see note below **) Download a Registration Form below

PCC representative completes the PGS Registration Additional Information Form. Download the Additional Information Form below

PCC returns completed PGS Registration Form (with parish's bank account pay in slip) to Diocesan PGS Representative. Contact details on form

Completed PGS registration forms validated and forwarded on to the PGS team in Gloucester for processing.

PGS team processes registration forms ASAP. This may take a few days depending on the volume of forms received from the Diocese.

Church's nominated PGS Statement Receiver receives a Welcome email from the PGS team

Nominated Project Leader from PGS registered parish receives PGS Resource Pack from Diocesan PGS Representative. The Resource Pack contains an allocation of paper gift forms, tokens and labels as requested
* There are two types of PGS Registration forms below. Choose the Single Reg. Form if you are registering as a single church parish. Choose the Multiple Reg. Form if you wish to register multiple churches as one parish. If in doubt please contact your Diocesan PGS Representative for guidance.
**The PGS Registration forms provided below are PDF fillable forms and there are instructions below also on how to sign them digitally. If you do not wish to sign digitally it's also possible (during the current Coronavirus situation ) for the Parish representatives to individually email janet.edmond [at] leeds.anglican.org expressing their approval for the parish to register for the scheme rather than manually signing the registration form.
